Allen, a member of the firm, specializes in insurance coverage disputes and the defense of complex commercial and general liability litigation. His extensive insurance coverage experience includes litigation of claims involving environmental liability, toxic torts, and employment discrimination. He also litigates insurance coverage issues related to general, automobile, maritime, and homeowners liability, and product liability claims. He also litigates commercial unfair competition claims.
