Howard, a partner in the firm's litigation practice group, has more than 35 years experience in insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation. A seasoned trial attorney, Howard represents clients in trial, mediation and arbitration proceedings. His insurance defense work involves a wide range of disputes, including automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, insurance agent and broker liability, construction liability, toxic tort, and municipal liability. Howard's insurance coverage practice includes providing coverage guidance, and litigating coverage questions, insurance bad faith claims, and insurance fraud. In addition to his insurance defense and insurance coverage practice, Howard is an experienced commercial litigator. He has tried numerous cases to verdict before judges and juries in state and federal courts. Howard is also a sought-after lecturer and author.
