As evidenced by the number of reported decisions that bear our name, we have extensive experience before state and federal appellate courts.  Our appellate experience proves invaluable at the trial level, where we regularly prepare and argue post-trial motions.  In addition to handling appeals in the cases in which we serve as counsel at the trial level, we are often called upon to serve as appellate counsel to other firms.
