Gary focuses his practice on products, premises, automobile, and general liability litigation and on insurance coverage questions.  In addition, Gary represents municipalities in matters involving nursing homes, police departments, jails, and alleged violations of civil rights.

 

Gary’s experience includes mass tort litigation.  He has participated in the defense of thousands of asbestos claims and has decades of experience representing clients in the defense of environmental and toxic tort claims, including those involving oil spills, chemical leaks, and mold contamination.  Gary has also represented major corporations in the defense of pharmaceutical claims.

 

He has handled medical and nursing malpractice cases, defending physicians, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes.
